The Wally offers single tuner functionality with a smaller frame and expanded capabilities including the ability to enjoy a variety of apps and other great features. This new smaller design (10.41”w x 1.60”h x 8.11”d) allows for fitting into tight spaces. Included is an RF remote that allows you to freely operate the receiver up to 200 feet away, even through walls and obstructions. Never lose your remote again with the new Remote Finder feature. A chime guides you to the remote's hidden location.
NOTE: If you only have COAX going into your TV, you can purchase an RF Modulator.
Note: The Tailgater only works in the 48 contiguous United States.
International channels are now only broadcasting on satellite 118w and are no longer on the eastern arc. As a result, there are no mobile antennas capable of picking up these channels.

I bought this for our company party for an RV. We took our RV, this dish, and a 70 inch TV to the Cleveland Browns Muni lot to watch the game. The broadcast did cut out and change to another football game but I believe that was the channel network's fault. This this is bigger than the picture makes it out to be. Easy to install.

For my camper, antenna tv is terrible. The tailgater gives me tv anywhere I go. Month to month non contract service. No hook up fees. Now I have crystal clear tv.

This bundle is easy to set up and easy to use. Once you get your antenna set up, the rest just takes a few minutes to get you going. Remote is easy to use.

Purchased to use while in our RV traveling. Easy to set up. Works great! Added WiFi adapter and can stream movies seamlessly. The support team helped me get it all set up and were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Had trouble with reception but thought it was our very tree filled campground. Bought a 50’ HD coax cable from Lowes so we could move it higher and low and behold all the channels came on! Did t even have to reposition.

Works as promised. Point it towards the southern sky (clear unobstructed view) and start watching TV. Use the Dish for My RV satellite finder app to see exactly where the satellites are. Pleased with this purchase.

Set up took more time than others have stated. Once connected worked great. I even moved the tailgater in between two buildings overnight and the next morning my wife turned on the TV and it worked. Was not in an open area or facing south. You cannot use more than 100 feet of coax cable. Price is great, $7 add on to my home Dish bill.

I just got this installed finally
package has way too many phone numbers to call in the paperwork to active the dish
haven't tried it but says you can activate and deactivate through an app but was told on the phone that it couldn't be done so we will have to see.

I purchased this I believe the 19th of December and I’ve been kinda disappointed to say the least. It took a while to get it activated. Some of that was my problem. Used it for a couple days and it worked very good and that’s when it all started. Went to use it and I got a warning 981 boot recovery. Screen was locked up and for 3 days and at least 6 or seven phones calls I gave up and waited until I could talk to “Rick” from Dish Outdoors who was the person that sold it to me. He got a tech to call and explain how to get the update done. That is done. Since the update my remote doesn’t work so any changing has to be done by pressing buttons on the “Wally”. Very un handy and have no guide to go by. I called in again during work and they said there wasn’t much they could do to help me with until I am at home and the tailgater is set up and a tech should be able to walk me through what needs to be done. I can understand that. So another call back. So I have been dealing with problems more than I have been able to use it. Rick was very helpful but for the rest of those that I talked to it was a waste of time. Many did not even know what warning cole 981 was. Hopefully the remote issue will be worked out the next time I call otherwise it will be a bad investment.

Was grateful for help in the activation and thought the tech support person was patient with me and my novice experience with the dish. Am still confused with the clear southern sky thing. Using my I Phone compass, I thought I was dead on it but kept getting "complete signal loss, move dish to another location. I did and finally picked up satellites and everything was well. No trees or obstruction seemed to be in direct path and was wondering does just the southern sky need to be clear or other directions such west or east as far as trees? Any guidance will be appreciated.

Like the light weight and the handle on the side. Also like the size. It fits well in my small motorhome.

WARRANTY FULFILLMENT- DISH NETWORK RECEIVER
DISH Network receivers carry a 1 year (365 day) warranty beginning from the date of initial activation. Warranty only covers manufacture defects. Defects arising from misuse by customer will not be covered under warranty. Prior to requesting warranty replacement, you must contact DISH Network to ensure that the receiver is removed from your account and you are no longer being charged for it. Warranty is handled by DISHFORMYRV.
DISH Network receiver under warranty will be exchanged with a remanufactured receiver of the same model. Replacement will be sent only when the defective product has been received and tested.
Advanced Exchanges are available upon request. In this process a new receiver is ordered and charged to thou through DISHFORMYRV.COM . A refund will be processed back to you after the defective receiver has been tested.
Warranty fulfillment requests must be requested through DISHFORMYRV. Once a return has been requested, we will process your request and email you the return authorization number and return instructions. Customer must obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization.
All products must be returned in the original packaging with all parts and documentation.
A return authorization number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton. DO NOT write the return authorization number on the product itself.
Products must be shipped back via a traceable, weighted ship method of your choosing. DISHFORMYRV will not be responsible for product that is lost via shipping or damaged in transit.
